5 fast workouts

So, I have trouble fitting in workouts. I walk a lot – about forty minutes a day at least just as part of my commute to and from work, and I usually go for a 20-30 minute walk at lunch as well. But I also try really hard to find time a few times a week to do some specific exercises – to tone my muscles or get my heart really pumping or relax with a yoga routine. I don’t get home until 7 or later most nights, by which time I am starving, so I work out in the mornings for 10-15 minutes before my shower. This does mean that I have to force myself out of bed, which isn’t generally the easiest thing in the world to do! But when I manage it, even just that short amount of time makes such a difference to my day, and, I think, to my health. So, without further ado, here are 5 fast workouts I’ve been enjoying lately:

Yoga in 30 minutes:

PS: If you follow me on Instagram, you might remember these new shoes. Oooo they are so pretty, but ohhhh can you see the welt they made on my left foot? NOT nice! Might need to give them a few weeks before wearing again…
